Nadella Oya is a dedicated child rights advocate who has spent over 30 years championing the well-being of children in the Civil Society sector throughout the Caribbean. She has worked extensively with children and their families globally to promote education, protection, and equality for vulnerable children, focusing on developing positive behavior change strategies around child protection, abuse, neglect, labour, and traficking.

Nadella is known for her impactful advocacy in both grassroots campaigns and international forums and covers intersecting issues such as mental health, education, crime and violence against women and girls, to name a few.

She is a Certified Director and holds a Diploma in Global Leadership from the University of Peace.
