In view of the actual nature of the work that the Children's Authority of Trinidad and Tobago is mandated in law to carry out are there actually any professionally trained social workers on the CA Board?
Is this an active or to be more specific, a proactive organisation?
Or a retroactive organisation who only have suggestions after the fact?
Until the next fiasco?
